Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within about 1 to 2 weeks after processing. Delivery times may vary during busy seasons or due to customs.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs and import fees
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to local customs or import fees. These are the responsibility of the customer and are outside our control.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or delayed packages
